Catch-all Emails in Shared Website Hosting
In case you host a domain on our cloud platform and you have a shared website hosting account, you will be able to activate the catch-all functionality for any e-mailbox that you set up under the domain. The Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section comes with quite a lot of functions, but it’s incredibly intuitive, so creating a catch-all mailbox requires only one click. All the email addresses that you’ve got will be enumerated in this section alphabetically and you’ll just need to click on the "Catch-all" button for the given address. Our system will warn you if there is already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain name or if the one that you want to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either disable the latter feature or select a different mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all option is just as easy and requires one more click on the same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all functionality can be enabled without any effort in case you have a semi-dedicated server plan with our company. All the email addresses that you have set up using the domain names hosted in the semi-dedicated account will be displayed in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll notice a mini icon conveniently located right next to each one. With only a single click of the mouse, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your liking as long as there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with the option already enabled and there isn't enabled email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on an email address and activate this feature through the contextual menu that will surface. In case any of the preconditions for configuring a catch-all mailbox is not matched, our system will notify you, but will not disable or replace anything automatically.
