Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re too busy working on your site or developing your web applications, you hardly have time to monitor what’s happening with the VPS – whether it’s under excessive load or whether all the processes are running the way you expect them to. With our Managed Servers package, we will take care of this instead of you. Your VPS will be added to our custom monitoring system and each time there is a sign of a problem, our system administrators will be notified momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your hosted content is essential – you never know when something can go wrong. And with our Managed Servers option, you will take advantage of weekly backups of your entire VPS, not only of your data, without you needing to set up and configure anything. Last but not least the backups are always kept on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard disk drives. In other words, your content will always be protected, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you an almost endless set of possibilities, you will often need to install additional software packages. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can come in real handy. It is an essential part of our Managed Servers deal, which permits you to call for any of our competent server admins to install any kind of software and to fix any issue that you are having with the Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Servers package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Web Hosting Plans. It is an extra for the KVM VPS Web Hosting Plans.
